This policy explains how Scorpion ERP handles information provided by manufacturing customers and their users.
We process account, company, contact, inventory, production, procurement, sales, audit, and device-session information needed to operate the service. Passwords and tokens are stored using secure hashing or platform secure storage; raw OTPs are not retained in logs.
Information is used to authenticate users, enforce permissions and subscriptions, process transactions, provide support, maintain audit history, and improve reliability. Customers can request an authenticated export of their personal account data.
Company data is isolated by company scope. We use encrypted transport in production, access controls, rate limits, audit logging, and security monitoring. Service providers receive only information needed to provide configured services.
Administrators control users and permissions. Users may update profile details, revoke sessions, and request account-data export through the security settings.
Use the support contact shown in your company workspace for privacy requests.
